Refund Policy
Since we custom make products we only accept an exchange/ return and do not offer refunds unless as specified above.
To request a refund please email us on navyathaa9@gmail.com or WhatsApp / call us on 8888953195 with your order details, reason for refund and any other details that will help us process this swiftly.
On receipt of your request, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your refund within 72 hours from the date of receipt of returned products (In 3 working days). The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
- We offer free exchanges/ returns of our products. If you choose to alter the length at the time of altering, we will not be able to exchange/ return the product. Exchanges will be subject to availability of inventory. If the requested size is not available, we will offer an exchange in another product of the same price or a refund.

- All exchange or return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product. All original tags should be there on the product and the product should not be used.
- Once the request is received, after receiving of the product, our quality team will inspect it and issue the refund once all conditions are satisfied. Refunds take 4-5 working days to process.
- For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.navyathaa.co.in, we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.
Used product will not be considered or accept.
