Exchange / Return Policy
- Since we custom make products we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product with defective fabric or the wrong product.
- All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- All exchange or return requests related to defective fabrics should be made within 90 days of receiving the product.
- To process an exchange or return please email us on navyathaa9@gmail.com or WhatsApp/ call us on 8888953195 with your order details, reason for return and a picture of the wrong / damaged product
- On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 72 hours from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.
- For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.navyathaa.co.in, we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.
